2010_HeberRogerioGracio.pdf: 1564661 bytes, checksum: 0a5c8e25efbc09e2b84b791147198007 (MD5) / A presente tese tem o objetivo de analisar aspectos atinentes ao procedimento de licenciamento ambiental, buscando evidenciar as relações de poder que se instauram nessas ações. Em conformidade com as análises procedidas, esses eventos são ações particularmente interessantes para pensar os processos de interação entre sociedade nacional, Estado e povos diferenciados. Essa especificidade decorre do amplo campo de interesses que neles interagem, uma vez que os licenciamentos ambientais são procedimentos diretamente ligados aos interesses dos setores que dominam as cenas econômicas e políticas da sociedade nacional. A análise aqui proposta será procedida com base no caso do licenciamento ambiental da PCH Paranatinga II, hidrelétrica localizada no estado do Mato Grosso, e que impactos as terras tradicionalmente ocupadas pelo povo Xavante sofreram. O cerne da discussão aqui proposta está voltado para o tratamento analítico das relações de poder verificadas no contexto em análise. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This thesis is intended to examine issues relating to the environmental licensing procedure in order to enhance the power relations that are established in these actions. In accordance with the analysis performed, these events are actions particularly interesting to think about the processes of interaction between the national society, state and different people. This specificity arises from the broad field of interest that interact with them, because the environmental licensing procedures are directly tied to the interests of the sectors that dominate the economic and political scenes of the national society. The analysis proposed here will be undertaken based on the case of environmental licensing of PCH Paranatinga II, hydroelectric Plant located in the state of Mato Grosso, and what impacts the lands traditionally occupied by the Xavante people suffered. The focus of discussion proposed here is focused on the analytical treatment of power relations verified in the context under analysis.
