Esta consultoría se realizó en la empresa J&R Servicios Múltiples Chugur SRL, con
Ruc: 20496017359, J&R es una empresa cajamarquina que fue constituida en el año 2008, se
creó con el fin de ser una empresa especializada de brindar servicios de movimiento de
tierras, ingeniería, construcción, electricidad y obras civiles en el sector minero. En este
business consulting se hizo una explicación detallada de su forma de administración, con el
fin de flexibilizar el uso de los recursos humanos. Como parte de la evaluación empresarial,
se realizaron reuniones con los jefes de áreas de J&R, liderados por su gerente general. Para
conocer los factores externos, se realizó un Análisis PESTE y un análisis de las Cinco
Fuerzas de Porter además se realizó hizo un Análisis FODA. Se evaluó la lista de problemas
que identificaron los líderes de J&R y posterior a ello se realizó un análisis de síntomas y
causas de los posibles problemas de la empresa J&R S.M. Chugur srl. Para mejorar esta
situación, se propuso la implementación de tres alternativas, las cuales fueron las siguientes:
Implementación de sistemas de gestión integrados ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, mejora de
Gestión: adquisición e implementación de ERP y sistemas de integración de ingeniería y la
difusión de servicios. La duración de esta implementación conllevaría un tiempo aproximado
de ejecución de 28 semanas (7 meses) y tendría un costo de inversión de S/ 800,000.00. Esta
inversión se podrá recuperar en un período de tres años y dos meses aproximadamente.
Finalmente, se obtuvo un valor actual neto (VAN) de S/ 1,518,472.71, una tasa interna de
retorno (TIR) de 52% y una tasa de descuento de 9.07%. / This consultancy was carried out in the company J&R Servicios Múltiples Chugur
