Personality is understood as a series of basic internal tendencies that influence the actions and thoughts of each human being, which may be related to the level of personal motivation; Therefore, our objective was to determine the degree of relationship between personality and work motivation, by applying the “Big Five” Questionnaire –BFQ and the Work Motivation Scale (R-MAWS).
