This thesis deals with performance of a company Equicentrum spol. s r.o. with respect to operatonal costs. The aim of this thesis is to find ways to increase the performance of the chosen company. Based on current-state analysis of the company, concrete arrangement is suggested to reduce costs and increase efficiency .
