Diploma work titled "Optimization options of municipal waste treatment in city of Adamov" sets itself a task to inform about possible methods of processing and utilizati-on of municipal waste. Opening part mentions current state and course of waste management in Czech Republic and possible trends in municipal waste treatment, on the basis of valid legislation. There is also data evaluation concerning to municipal waste producing in Adamov city. Based on acquired data I project municipal waste opti-mization treatment system to utilize individual parts of waste the best way possible. Closing, I judge new way of municipal waste treatment in city of Adamov from environmental, technological and economical point of view.
