The Master’s thesis follows the problem of effective and quality utilization of human potential in chosen organisation. This includes especially identification of the need concerning implementation of employees’ evaluation complex system, related operation setting and it’s possible implementation. The emphasis is put on the utilization of results, which came from this evaluation, for increase of motivation, quality and human work effectiveness.
