Návrh kompetenčního modelu řízení podnikatelského subjektu / The proposal of the competency management model in the business entity

The thesis is focused on the personnel competencies and responsibilities issue of individual managers at various management levels in the manufacturing department of Robert Bosch Inc. in České Budějovice
With the increasing number of manpower in the company an organization structure enlarges, which is followed by the growth of decision-making power and responsibilities. The human resources department as well as managers have to deal with delegation and distribution of each competence.
The aim of the thesis is to propose the management of personal competence model of in a chosen entrepreneurial subject. The theoretical part is providing essential knowledge background, while the analytical chapter contains the characteristics of the selected business entity. And it is composed of a personal interview research. Each answer is processed in dedicated competency matrix with regarding evaluation. After that is suggested a model with optimal distribution of personal competences and recommendations within particular managers.
