En klassindelande analys av beslutsfattande i en dynamisk miljö under tidspress

The aim of this study is to describe what types of decision-making strategies young cadets use in a dynamic environment under time pressure. Previous research argues that intuitive decision-making strategies are not appropriate for novices and ignores the fact that the intuitive decision strategy is a description of how decisions are made by experienced individuals, and not a model to be related to. The result shows that several different decision-making strategies were used, but intuitive decision-making strategies could be observed to a greater extent when goals were clear but in the absence of a plan.
