Detta examensarbete avser att utvärdera det befintliga kursutvärderingssystemet hos Vägsektorns Utbildningscentrum. (VUC). För att studera detta har vi använt oss av fokusgrupper, intervjuer och auskultation. Studien visar att det uppstår en viss diskrepans mellan vad VUC:s vision säger om hur kursutvärdering ska hanteras och hur kursutvärderingen hanteras idag. En slutsats som vi drar är att den information som genereras av kursutvärderingen motsvarar det syfte VUC har med kursutvärderingen. En annan slutsats är att kursutvärderingen i siginte kan användas till att utveckla kursen ifråga. Med relativt små medel kan detta dock ändras. Dels genom att ställa rätt typ av frågor i kursutvärderingen, samt genom att involvera läraren mer i utvärderingssystemet. / This thesis analyzes the existing course evaluation system at VägsektornsUtbildningscentrum (VUC). To be able to study this we have used focus groups, interviews and auscultation. The study shows that there is adiscrepancy on what VUC says about the course evaluation and how the course evaluation is being used today. One conclusion is that that the information that is generated by the course evaluation corresponds to VUC goal with the course evaluation. Another conclusion is that the course evaluation not is usable for developing the course. With relative small means like asking the right question in the course evaluation could change this, and involve the teachers in the course evaluation system.
