Accounting and tax aspects of dissolution of business corporations with liquidation. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2016. This diploma thesis deals with accounting and tax aspects of dissolution of busi-ness corporations with liquidation. In the first part of the thesis there is a descrip-tion of liquidation and accounting and tax aspects of liquidation are shown as well. In this part there is a description of dissolution and termination of different types of business corporations too. The second part of the thesis is focused on a model example of liquidation of a business corporation. In this model example the accounting and tax aspects related with liquidation are shown.
