The importance of internal communication within companies has increased in recent years. However, there are still a number of companies that are not adapted to the modern world and the new modes of communication the Internet provides. This study evaluates the internal communication of a medium sized company by holding semistructured interviews with the employees. The goal of the interviews was to develop a requirement specification. This requirement specification was later used as the basis to analyze possible aids for the internal communication of the company. These aids were various internal communication system which in different ways highlighted just communication. The criteria for the systems were that they would match the requirement specification list of primary functions fully, and that the list of secondary functions was matched when it was possible. / Under de senaste decennierna har betydelsen för internkommunikation inom företag ökat. Likväl är det fortfarande ett flertal företag som inte anpassat sig till den moderna världen och de nya kommunikationssätten internet medger. Denna studie utvärderar internkommunikation hos ett medelstort företag genom att hålla semistrukturerade intervjuer med de anställda. Målet med intervjuerna var att ta fram en kravspecifikation som sedan användes som utgångspunkt för att analysera möjliga hjälpmedel till den interna kommunikationen på företaget. Dessa hjälpmedel var olika interkommunikationssystem som på olika sätt framhävde just kommunikationen. Kriterierna på systemen var att de skulle matcha kravspecifikationens lista med primära funktioner fullt ut, och att listan med de sekundära funktionerna matchades i möjligaste mån.
