The aim of my graduation theses was to find out, how the system of state assistance to small and medium enterprises exporting to Eastern Europe functions in the Czech Republic. I examined all available documents, institutions and organizations which helps enterpreneurs. I confronted these outcomes with research made by enterpreneurs and I tried to suggest some improvements and innovations.
