auxiliar a compreensão das demonstrações matemáticas. Nele, apresentamos a linguagem
do cálculo de predicados de primeira ordem (CPO), o sistema de lógica que
estudaremos. Veremos o cálculo sentencial (CS), um subsistema do CPO que, embora
mais restrito, possui ferramentas para resolver alguns problemas que, embora
mais simples, possuem soluções similares as demonstrações matemáticas. Iniciaremos
o estudo do CPO, verificando que suas regras de inferência são uma extensão
das regras do CS. Por fim, veremos algumas aplicações do CPO na matemática e
como adaptá-lo para ser utilizado no ensino básico, com o propósito de esclarecer o
conceito e a estrutura das demonstrações matemáticas. / This paper presents an introduction of the study of logic, in order to aid understanding
of mathematical statements. Here, we present the language of predicate
calculus of first order (CPO), the system of logic that will be studied. We will see
the sentence calculus (CS), a subsystem of the CPO that although narrower, has tools
to solve some problems, though simpler, solutions have similar mathematical
statements. Beggining the study of CPO, checking their inference rules that are
an extension of the rules of CS. Finally, we will see some applications of CPO in
mathematics and how to adapt it for use in primary education, in order to clarify
the concept and the structure of mathematical proofs.
