Řízení lidských zdrojů na oblastním pracovišti Raiffeisen stavební spořitelny / Human Resources Practices in Raiffeisen Holding, Ltd.

This thesis deals with the human resources management in Raiffeinsen building society, which can effectively meet the criteria of recruitment, selection and training of sales representatives and enable to meet regional product objectives through them. The first section focuses on the methodological field and describes the importance of human resources and its management. In the second part, a plan is developed to improve the work of sales representatives in order.
