The subject of this thesis, entitled Analysis of the remuneration system in the
selected business entity is on base of the analysis of processes remuneration of employees
in a given company STROS Sedlčanské strojírny a.s. evaluate and assess the efficiency and
functionality of these processes and to make suggestions for improvement. The first,
theoretical part is developed with the help of the study literature and other information
sources and discusses the ways and forms of remuneration in accordance with applicable
laws. The second practical part is focused on the characteristic of the selected company
and the wage system of the company. To develop a practical part were used information
gathered in consultation with the director of economic of the company STROS, internal
company documents, conducted a survey focused on employee satisfaction with the current
system of remuneration and personal interview with an employee of the company.The
outcome of this thesis are proposals to modification and recommendations to improve the
current system of remuneration.
