Stavební kutilové jako zákazníci

GREGAR, M. Crafters as business customers. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel Univer-sity, 2018. The aim of the diploma thesis was to penetrate the segment of people who like the DIY construction, characterize it and subsequently suggest recommendations how to address this segment with the offer of products and services. Data was collected via online questionnaire survey (n = 305) and in-depth interviews (n = 30). Descriptive statistics and calculation of dependencies were employed. The final rec-ommendations were subsequently implemented in a case study.
