Não disponível / In this work we present in details the classification and the abutments of all 0-modal germs.Such classification was proposed by V.I.Arnoi\'d (I). By using techniques of heavy determination to semi - quasi-homogeneous germs we reworked the previously mentioned classification turning it,in the main,more interesting At last,by using concepts and results that connect modal ity and internai modal ity we present a technique to verify how much modal is a certain germ that is stable equivalent to a germ semi-quase-homogeneous in two varia bles.
