Komplexiteten vid en omorganisation: hur varierar synen på en organisatorisk förändring beroende på olika positioner inom en organisation. : En kvalitativ studie om individers attityd till omorganiseringar. / The complexity of a reorganization: How perspectives on organizational change vary depending on different positions within an organization

The study revealed a multifactor of why the view can change depending on hierarchical position within an reorganization. Some keypoints that the study revealed was that communication, engagement, motivation and feedback are key components when trying to understand the different views of each position within the organization. The study concluded that the director handles more of the strategic side of the organization and is not directly involved, meanwhile the communications director has a key role in the attitudes that are set. Thai is due to the fact that they can use their influence to either have an open or closed communication with their staff.
