The object of examination of this thesis was the company TERMS, a.s. This company offers complex solutions for supplying technology and products in the area of telecommunications, industrial automation, information networks and software. The main goal was researching and proposing new ways for rationalizing individual elements of current systems of organization and management, and arriving methods of how to perform organizational changes effectively with regard to the complex character of these activities and consequent incorporation of these changes into proposed organization architecture.
