Las orquestas sinfónicas infantiles y juveniles son ensambles que promueven la formación
musical y apoyan el desarrollo integral de niños y jóvenes. Como referente principal está
“El Sistema Nacional de Orquestas y Coros Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela”, también
conocido como “El Sistema”. Influenciados por sus resultados artísticos y sociales han
nacido otros proyectos similares como Sinfonía por el Perú de los cuales existen diferentes
investigaciones. Sin embargo, es aún insuficiente el estudio en relación con los procesos de
enseñanza que se suceden dentro de la orquesta y específicamente en el interior de una fila
instrumental. Por ende, este trabajo tiene como objetivos describir, identificar y clasificar
los procesos para la formación de la fila de flautas traversas en la Orquesta Central de
Sinfonía por el Perú. La presente investigación es un estudio de tipo descriptivo con
enfoque cualitativo, perteneciente al eje temático artes escénicas y educación, en la línea
de artes escénicas y desarrollo de comunidad. Los datos se recopilaron a partir de
entrevistas semi – estructuradas, información documentada y observación participante. El
análisis de los resultados muestra que, en la formación de la fila intervinieron tres procesos
relacionados con la organización, la didáctica y la comunicación. Todos relacionados, y de
gran importancia, para el desarrollo exitoso de la fila en la orquesta. / The children's and youth symphony orchestras are ensembles that promote musical
training and support the integral development of children and youth. The main reference is
“El Sistema Nacional de Orquestas y Coros Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela”, also

research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach belonging to the thematic axis
"Performing Arts and Education", in the line of Performing Arts and Community
Development. Data was collected from semi-structured interviews, documented
information, and participant observation. The analysis of the results shows that three
processes related to organization, didactics and communication intervened in the formation
of the section, all related and of great importance for the successful development of the
section in the orchestra.
