Abstract Today it is increasingly common to organize work with partnering in the construction industry. Partnering therefore can be described as a form of work where the objective is to reduce construction time, cost, avoiding conflicts and actively building relationships between construction project stakeholders. There are conflicts in the construction industry, which has a negative impact on the construction process, and the relationship with customer, therefore this is a sensitive sector of conflicts for companies. This report aims to shed light on the concept of partnering, to weight the positions in the conflict and examine how different actors manage to prevent conflicts in this kind of project. To gain insight into this process, we choose to do some interview with the actors who have a large concern with partnering or who works exclusively with partnering. The choice of the method was developed through literature review and surveys that were appropriate for the topic. Interviews were then conducted with key people like the clients and the contractors. The response from the interviewee was the largest source of information and outcome contained in this report. The study's conclusion showed that conflicts may arise at the beginning of a partnering project, but in the cause of the project, the conflicts are handling with the embedded system available in partnering.
