The thesis deals with the passportisation of upper flow stream Rakovec and draft of modifications in the significant landscape element Údolí Rakoveckého potoka. Results of thesis should serve as a basis for planning permission procedure. The first part contains a detailed description of natural conditions and a review of literature focused on the topic. Specifically is focused on legislation regarding land use in significant landscape elements and land returned during restitution to the original owners after 1989. This is followed by a part describing the methods used. The next section summarizes the results arising from legislation and the most important findings from passportization of watercourse are mentioned. Next, several alternative solutions of modifications in the significant landscape element are devised and the selected one is described in details. The thesis is completed by annexes, which contain full passport of watercourse and the drawing part.
