The thesis is focused on the management of HR processes within the organization.
The theoretical part due to a strategic approach to human resource management strategies for dealing with the organization, personnel strategies and the related staffing policy. Furthermore, the tasks and goals of human resources management. Personnel work developed in three stages, namely personnel administration, personnel management and human resource management. Last but not least of the various HR functions.
The practical part is devoted to analyzing the current state of HR management in a specific organization, which is a provider of broadband, television and telephony services. Necessary information and data were obtained through a controlled interview with the personnel manager and questionnaire survey among employees. In the end, there is an overall assessment of personnel management in the company, and based on the suggestion of several recommendations to improve the current situation.
