This diploma thesis deals with the topic "Determination of the value of a selected company". In the theoretical part theoretical background and methods used for strategic and financial analysis are introduced and the process of creation of the financial plan and valuation methods are described. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate a Company using the procedures and methods described in the theoretical part. For the valuation of the Company discounted cash flow to the firm (FCFF) and estimation of liquidation value were used.
