SUMMARY OF THIS STUDY:
This study is mainly through the relevant documents theoretical integration review and research, and to understand the over-time pay status quo, the perception after the over-time system execution, and the entrance of the budget and achievement relevant research.
CHAPTER ONE

CHAPTER TWO
Review of the documents, mainly pursuant the relevant documents to study the government budget and police administration, achievements evaluation, salary and the theoretical basis, the style of the salary payment system, employee¡¦s salaries, the fair of payment the relevant research against the achievements evaluation.
CHAPTER THREE
A deeper instruction against the policeman salary, over-time payment and police administration achievements.
CHAPTER FOUR
The method of study.
CHAPTER FIVE
Information analysis and result of proof, the enquete are subject to SPSS for WINDOWS statistic method to get ANOVA, factor analysis and relevant analysis etc.
CHAPTER SIX
The obtaining of the study conclusion, managing meanings and suggestions in the graduated study.
