Neste trabalho consideramos uma ação parcial de um grupo G sobre um anel com unidade R, que admite uma envolvente T. Provamos que muitas das propriedades de R são transferíveis para T e vice-versa (por exemplo: artinianidade, semisimplicidade, etc). Também provamos que muitas propriedades bem conhecidas para ações (globais) de grupos sobre anéis, podem ser generalizadas para o caso parcial. Dentre estas, para o skew anel de grupo parcial R G, provamos duas versões do famoso teorema de Maschke e estabelecemos fórmulas envolvendo radicais hereditários. Artinianidade, noetherianidade, semisimplicidade, von Neumann regularidade, questões sobre dimensão uniforme e sobre anéis de Goldie são estudadas para R G e para o subanel invariante sob a ação parcial R . Finalizamos, construindo um contexto de Morita entre R e R G, estabelecendo condições para que estes anéis sejam Morita equivalentes. / In this work we consider a partial action of a group G on a ring with identity R, which possesses one enveloping T. We prove that many of the properties of R can be transfered to T, and vice-versa. (for example: artinianity, semisimplicity, etc). We prove also that many well-known properties about (global) actions of groups on rings can be generalized for partial actions. Therewith, for the parcial skew group ring R G, we prove two versions of well-known Maschke theorem and formulas involving hereditary radicals. Artinianity, noetherianity, semi-simplicity, von Neumann regularity and questions about uniform dimension and Goldie rings are studied for R G and for the subring of invariants R . We also construct a Morita context for R and R G, establishing conditions for that rings to be Morita equivalents.
