The diploma thesis focuses on a business plan process for the establishment of a wine shop in the area of Jedovnice that will have a seating area. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, processed analysis and a questionnaire survey, a business plan has been established, including the financial plan, which is a basis for the successful establishment of a wine shop.
