Master thesis inquires into proposal of the manufacturing resource planning system implementation into a small manufacturing company. Proposal is based on the information strategy of current processes status analysis and actual software & hardware equipment. Solution also contains the selection of information system implementation supplier and evaluate benefits of proposed information system implementation.
