O presente trabalho buscou adequar o trabalho realizado pelo Núcleo de Apoio as Comarcas
do Estado do Tocantins, NACOM, às novas tecnologias utilizadas pelo Poder Judiciário
Estadual decorrentes da modernização do Poder Judiciário como um todo. A informatização
fez se necessária para tentar amenizar o que é considerado um dos maiores problemas do
Poder Judiciário, a morosidade. Sendo assim, para garantir princípios fundamentais como o
acesso à justiça e a duração razoável do processo, a edição de normativas que implementam o
uso da tecnologia no sistema processual, e a aquisição de equipamentos e tecnologias
inovadoras, trouxeram para o judiciário tocantinense uma nova realidade, principalmente com
a implantação do sistema e-Proc/TJTO, um sistema processual totalmente eletrônico. O
projeto então realizou a análise de como o NACOM realizava suas rotinas laborais antes e
após os a implantação do e-Proc/TJTO. A partir dessa análise foi possível propor, com base
nas necessidades levantadas pelos próprios gestores do núcleo, alterações dentro do sistema
que permitissem uma melhoria na sistematização da forma de trabalho, o que culminou com o
efetivo desenvolvimento de três adaptações no sistema e-Proc/TJTO que modificaram
substancialmente a forma de trabalho dos servidores dentro do sistema. O intuito das
modificações é que elas aprimorem e permitam um ganho de produtividade dos servidores do
NACOM ao operarem o sistema e-Proc/TJTO, além de permitir uma melhoria na gestão do
núcleo por parte dos seus gestores. / The present paper aimed to adequate the work developed by the Judicial District
Support Center of the State of Tocantins, NACOM, the new technologies that are being
used by the States Judicial System due to the modernization of the Judicial Park, as a
whole. The modernization was necessary to ease one of the Judicial System's greatest
problem, the time spent in each process. So to guarantee fundamental principals like
judicial access and the process reasonable length, the creation of normative that
implement the use of technologies in the procedural system, and the acquisition of
equipments and innovating technology, brought to the Judiciary of Tocantins a new
reality, especially with the implantation of the system e-Proc/TJTO. From this analysis
it was possible to propose, based on the necessities that where brought up by the centers
own managers, modifications inside the system that allowed a systematic improvement
in the workflow of the users of the system e-Proc/TJTO, that substantially modified
how they worked in the system. The goal of these modifications is to refine and allow a
gain of productivity of the workers of the center while they operate the system e-
Proc/TJTO, further on allowing a better management of the center by their managers.
