This Master´s thesis defines the conditions for business in the United States of America, analyzes the external and internal environment of the local IT market, specifically of content management systems (CMS). The analysis output is used for proposal of corporate business strategy of Kentico Software, s.r.o. with main aim on development of company´s activities to U.S. market. It is the essential part of ongoing overall growth of this firm.
