The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a playground as a part of the urban furniture, to point out substantial parts of this issue, mainly the relation of the child to the children's playground in a certain age group, evaluate move, health, safety, used materials and applied controls. The proposalof the playground will be located in the village Hutisko-Solanec near the center of the village, which is near to the kindergarten, primary school and built-up area with family houses. Part of this diploma thesis is also technical design proposal of the playground, anchoring elements for supporting structures and testing of bending strength in the testing room. The resulting values commented and expressed graphically.
