Los objetivos del estudio fueron: Determinar la opinión de los familiares sobre la calidad de la atención de Enfermería al paciente psiquiátrico, en los pabellones de pacientes agudos del Hospital V. Larco Herrera, e Identificar la opinión de los familiares sobre la calidad de la atención de Enfermería al paciente psiquiátrico, en los pabellones de pacientes agudos del Hospital V. Larco Herrera en las dimensiones Técnica, Interpersonal y Confort. Material y Métodos. El estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por los familiares de los pacientes psiquiátricos hospitalizados, de los pabellones de pacientes agudos. La técnica fue la entrevista y el instrumento una escala modificada tipo Lickert. Resultados. El 48.84% (21) presentan una opinión medianamente favorable, 27.91% (12) favorable, 23.26% (10) desfavorable. En cuanto a la Opinión del familiar en la dimensión técnica, 60.47% (26) tienen una opinión medianamente favorable relacionado a que el familiar manifiesta que la enfermera no brinda educación sobre los cuidados que debe tener frente a la enfermedad de su paciente, no informa sobre la medicación que administra, 23.26% (10) favorable y 16.28% (7) desfavorable. En relación a la dimensión interpersonal, 48.84% (21) presentan una opinión medianamente favorable relacionada a que la enfermera no se identifica, se muestra descortés o prepotente, utiliza un lenguaje complicado, y no llama al paciente por su nombre, 27.91% (12) favorable y 23.26% (10) desfavorable; respecto a la dimensión de confort 48.84% (21) presentan una opinión medianamente favorable referido a que la enfermera muestra despreocupación ante el ambiente de la unidad del paciente, no respeta la privacidad y muestra desinterés por que el paciente vista prendas limpias y acorde a la estación, 30.23% (13) favorable y 20.93% (9) desfavorable. Conclusiones. Los familiares que asisten a la visita, en los pabellones de pacientes agudos del Hospital V. Larco Herrera, opinan que la calidad de la atención de Enfermería al paciente psiquiátrico es medianamente favorable. En relación a la Dimensión Técnica, sobre la calidad de Enfermería en la atención al paciente psiquiátrico, indica que ésta es medianamente favorable, lo que refiere que existe una falta de motivación para que la enfermera se dedique a su paciente total e íntegramente. / The objectives of the study were: The to determine the opinion of the familiar ones on the quality of the attention from Infirmary to the psychiatric patient, in the pavilions of acute patients of the Hospital V. Larco Herrera, and To identify the opinion of the familiar ones on the quality of the attention from Infirmary to the psychiatric patient, in the pavilions of acute patients of the Hospital V. Larco Herrera in the dimensions Technical, Interpersonal and Comfort. Material and Methods. The study is of aplicativo level, quantitative type, descriptive method of cross section. The population was formed by the relatives of the hospitalized psychiatric patients, of the pavilions of acute patients. The technique was the interview and the instrument a modified scale Lickert type. Results. The 48,84% (21) present/display a favorable opinion moderately, 27,91% (12) favorable, 23,26% (10) unfavorable. As far as the Opinion of the relative in the technical dimension, 60,47% (26) moderately have a related favorable opinion to that the relative shows that the nurse does not offer education on the cares that must have against the disease of its patient, does not inform on unfavorable the medication whom he administers, 23,26% (10) favorable and 16,28% (7). In relation to the interpersonal dimension, 48,84% (21) moderately present/display a related favorable opinion to that the nurse does not identify itself, is discourteous or prepotent, uses a complicated language, and it does not call to the patient by his name, 27,91% (12) favorable and 23,26% (10) unfavorable; with respect to the dimension of comfort 48,84% (21) they present/display a favorable opinion moderately referred that the nurse shows unconcern before the atmosphere of the unit of the patient, does not respect the privacy and shows disinterestedness so that the patient seen clean articles and agreed to the station, 30,23% (13) favorable and 20,93% (9) unfavorable. Conclusions. The relatives who attend the visit, in the pavilions of acute patients of the Hospital V. Larco Herrera, think that the quality of the attention from Infirmary to the psychiatric patient is moderately favorable. In relation to the Technical Dimension, on the quality of Infirmary in the attention to the psychiatric patient, it indicates that this one is moderately favorable, which refers that a lack of motivation exists completely so that the nurse dedicates itself to his total patient and.
