Title: The influence of physical activity on changes in body composition and quality of life of seniors - students of U3V. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is evaluating the influence of a 3 months interventional motion program on body composition parameters and a quality of life of seniors - students of U3V. Methods: The body of the thesis is consisted of quantitative and qualitative analysis. It is a quasiexperiment. Descriptive and statistical methods were used for a complete evaluation. Bioimpedance methods were used to obtain the body composition parameters and results were evaluated in a statistical program IBMSPSS Statistics 22. A maximum grip strength was determined by a handheld digital dynamometer. A subjective evaluation in a form of survey was used to assess the quality of life. Results: A specific group of seniors - students of U3V tend to lead an active lifestyle, which is reflected on the results of body composition parameters. During the three month motion program highly significant changes regarding improvement of FFM parameter were observed within a younger group of seniors. Within a older group of seniors, improvement or stagnation of regressive changes was observed, albeit the changes were deemed insignificant.
