The diploma thesis deals with examination of knowledge of products of nature among pupils in classes five in elementary school. The knowledge was investigated with a form of didactical test. The thesis also mentions the way of teaching in the natural science lessons in elementary school. It focuses on analyse of schoolbooks of the SPN publisher. The conclusions of the thesis serve to get a clearer idea, how pupils know the given curriculum of elementary school.
