Pulmonary hypertension due to left heart disease (PH-LHD) is the most common cause of pulmonary hypertension. Identifying the clinical phenotype of PH-LHD is often challenging. This study retrospectively analyzes anthropometric, hemodynamic and functional data of patients presenting at the PH outpatient clinic of Mission Medical Hospital from 2008-2015 and receiving a complete diagnostic work-up according to the ESC/ERS guidelines.
