lima_ab_me_botfm.pdf: 576693 bytes, checksum: fd03aeca7b2b6c57eaf9eec4fd66dada (MD5) / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) / Considerando que as pessoas submetidas à Artroplastia Total Primária do Quadril (ATPQ) apresentam características específicas em relação a seus problemas de saúde e sofrem interferências em suas condições de vida devido às restrições e condições impostas pelo procedimento cirúrgico, o presente trabalho propõe desenvolver um estudo no Setor de Ortopedia e Traumatologia do Ambulatório Mario Covas, da Faculdade de Medicina de Marília – Famema, tendo como objetivo, compreender os sentimentos e alterações na vida dos pacientes submetidos à ATPQ. A finalidade desta pesquisa é proporcionar elementos para intervenção junto ao serviço de saúde, articulando a integração entre o serviço ambulatorial e hospitalar, construção de um plano de cuidado multidisciplinar durante a internação e elaboração de protocolos de orientações para alta no domicílio como estratégias para promover condições de uma melhor recuperação desta população e melhor formação de profissionais para o atendimento a esses pacientes no pós-operatório. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, em que a coleta de dados se deu por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, utilizado-se, para interpretação dos dados, a análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin. Foram entrevistadas 14 pessoas, chegando-se a esse número pela técnica de saturação. Os resultados mostraram duas temáticas: I - Compreendendo os sentimentos vivenciados pelos pacientes que se submeteram a ATPQ, em relação ao medo e à dependência para o cuidado. IIMudanças nas condições de vida das pessoas que se submeteram à ATPQ, em relação ao sentimento de bem-estar após a cirurgia e às alterações na vida social. Concluímos então que, apesar das dificuldades vivenciadas por esses pacientes durante o processo de adoecer relacionado às doenças osteoarticulares e fraturas, a artroplastia total primária de quadril... / People who underwent Primary Total Artoplasty of Hips (PTAH) present specific characteristics related to health problems and they suffer interferences in life conditions because of the restrictions and conditions imposed by the surgical procedure and, therefore, the present paper was aimed at developing a study at the Orthopedic and Traumatology Sector of “Mário Covas” Outpatient Service at “Faculdade de Medicina de Marília – Famema, in order to understand the alterations related to life conditions of the patients who underwent PTAH. The aim of this study is to provide elements for the intervention at the health service, bringing about the integration between the outpatient service and the hospital service, for the implementation of a multidisciplinary care plan during the hospital stay and the elaboration of guidance protocols for discharge at home; such as, strategies to offer conditions for a better recovery of this population and the preparation of professionals to take care of these patients during the postoperative period. It is a qualitative study where the data collection was carried out by means of a semi-structured interview and the data interpretation was made by the content analysis proposed by Bardin. Fourteen people were interviewed; this number was reached by means of saturation technique. The results showed two themes: I – Understanding the feelings experienced by the patients that underwent PTAH, regarding the fear and the dependence on care. II – Changes in life conditions of PTAH patients, regarding a well-being feeling following the surgery and alterations in social life. It was the concluded that in spite of the difficulties faced by these patients during the process of osteoarticular and fracture diseases, the primary total artoplasty of the hips is a surgical procedure that will provide the reinsertion of the patient in the family and social contexts...
