This master´s thesis descripe the conceptual design of children´s kartcross vehicle. According to the specification, I focused on design of frame, the calculation of the torsional stiffness and axle kinematic. I was inspired by modern trends kartcross vehicles. 3D model is designed in Pro/engineer. Torsional stiffness was counted using FEM software ANSYS 12.1. Finally the design and calculation of front suspension was done in MBS software Adams.
