In this work we study the effects of the paring correlation between two neutrons in the direct transfer reaction 13C( 18O,16 O) 15C, at 84 MeV of bombarding energy. Recently, it was found an evidence that the correlation between two neutrons in the transfer process, in the reaction 12C( 18O,16 O) 14C, plays a crucial role. Exact finite range (EFR) coupled reaction channel (CRC) calculations were performed taking into account the independent coordinates, cluster and sequential transfer models in order to investigate the influence of the paring correlations in the 13C( 18O,16 O) 15C reaction. The results indicate that, even involving an odd nucleus, the simultaneous transfer of two correlated neutrons plays a fundamental role in the transfer mechanism, so that, the cluster model is the best to describe this reaction.
