The main goal of this diploma thesis is the risk analysis of transport company JAPO-Transport, s r o. with the usage of appropriate methods of economic and strategic analysis. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first one contains introduction of the company, the second part contains the analyses of current status. The third part sets the goals and shows the problems next the fourth part contains theoretical basics. In the fifth part there is a risk analysis and given recommendations for adequate risk measures.
