This study aimed to analyze the daily work of transvestites and their integration in the labor market in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. It is known that the transvestites rights violations are historical and everyday, these being early, often harassed by the family and driven from home, school and work and suffer discrimination and prejudice by much of society. In that sense, by the transformation of the working world that complicate from the structural crisis of the capital started in the 1970s, it has many limits and organizational challenges to the working class, including the fight against oppression and exploitation of those who suffer the aftermaths expressions of social issues more intensely, namely children and adolescents, women, blacks, immigrants, people on the streets and the population of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual and Transgender LGBT. Thus, the specific objectives, the research was north map and analyze the formal labor camps / informal where transvestites are inserted in Natal; build a socioeconomic profile of transvestites working in that locality; identify and analyze the main rights violations experienced by transvestites at work; and analyze the movement of the Trans agenda on entering the labor market in Brazil and in relation to combating the violation of rights at work. The method used was the analysis of dialectical historical materialism, based on quantitative / qualitative approach technique, as well as bibliographic and documentary analysis. There was semi-structured interviews with eight working transvestites (non-probabilistic sample intentional by the difficulty of access) inserted in the formal / informal work, as well as an interview with the president of the National Association of Transvestites and Transsexuals (ANTRA), accounting for nine subject interviewed. As a result of the obtained reports, it has to be transvestites experience daily several precarizations to be inserted in the labor market, suffer rights violations, moral and sexual harassment, as well as institutionalized transphobia. In addition, we analyzed the public policies of income and jobs for transvestites in Brazil. And yet, there was the public budget for the realization of these policies, its limits and its contractions. Thus the state, in fact, is the mediator of the field of trans people rights in Brazil, still, tiny public policies for this segment. It is in this arena of social conflicts that this population resists the defense of rights. It was concluded that in the face of so many challenges that transvestites suffer in the working world, only through collective organization that coordinates the anti-patriarchal struggle, anti-capitalist, anti-racist and anti-cissexists that these workers can transform this reality multiple social inequalities.
