Previous issue date: 1993 / Resumo: Não informado / Abstract: A TGM beamline for the spectral range 12-310 eV was built at Laboratório Nacional de Luz Síncrotron (LNLS), Campinas SP, Brasil. This beamline consists of safety devices, a condensing mirror, a toroidal grating monochromator (TGM), and a refocussing mirror. This beamline has been assembled at Center for Advanced Microstructures and Devices (CAMD), Baton Rouge LA, U.S.A., and saw first synchrotron light on 19 October 1992. The TGM beamline was commissioned. The photon flux at the sample was measured. TGM spectral resolution estimates, absolute energy calibration and harmonic content, at selected wavelenghts, were obtained from absorption measurements on a thin Aluminun film / Mestrado / Física / Mestre em Física
