The diploma thesis is a design of a business plan for the establishment of a private kindergarten in Olomouc, as a Limited Liability Company. The design responds to an existing market gap which creates sufficient space for entry of a new entrepreneur in this market. In the thesis, the presumptions of success in a business are evaluated, including financial plan, and a proposal of sequential steps for an execution of the company is made.
