This study aims to understand and explain how small sized entrepreneurship currently uses social networking sites through out the process of launching and marketing their products. This also includes the use of word of mouth, which features social networking technology. Lastly, we intended to give recommendations to problems that small sized entrepreneurship is facing in order to make the best use of social networking channels and to ensure that these channels are used in the most effective way.
