Previous issue date: 2018-02-06 / This thesis starts with the following enquiry: Is it necessary, in order to acquire a fully understanding of the space, to divide it into parts? The construction of analytical methods that consider the meaning of totality goes through a technical-scientific process with adequacy to question the space organisation that, consequently, arouse reflexions about political, social and economic relations. This scope allows us to mature the forming and the thinking, thus making possible a boosting of the knowledge conception on architecture and urbanism, by applying scalar conformities to the meaning that reveals in static territorialities, the constant changes. There are three fundamental principles of this method: 1) the entirety areas of knowledge: 2) the connection between the amplitude fields and contents of space: 3) the fullness of the space. Therefore, it?s considered that the space is only one, but it has in its structure, bends and sub-universes that comprise the whole in coherent unities. It is enquired here, if it?s possible to come to an understanding, through the applicability of dialectic method between territorial scales and their inter-relations of extensiveness. / Esta tese parte da seguinte inquiri??o: para compreender a plenitude do espa?o ? preciso subdividi-lo em partes? A constru??o de m?todos de an?lise que considere a ressignifica??o da Totalidade, passa por um processo t?cnico-cient?fico com capacidades de questionar a organiza??o do espa?o que, consequentemente, provoque reflex?es a respeito das rela??es pol?ticas, sociais e econ?micas. Esse ?mbito, permite maturar o pensamento formador impulsionando a constru??o do conhecimento nas ?reas de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, pelas correspond?ncias escalares, ?s implica??es que revelam em territorialidades est?ticas as transforma??es constantes. Tem-se como fundamento do m?todo tr?s princ?pios: 1) a Integralidade das ?reas de conhecimento; 2) a Inseparabilidade dos conte?dos e campos de amplitudes espaciais; 3) a Totalidade do espa?o. Assim, se considera que o espa?o ? um s?, mas guarda em sua estrutura, dobras e sub universos que cont?m o Todo em unidades de coer?ncia. Questiona-se aqui, se tal compreens?o pode se dar a partir da aplicabilidade do m?todo pela dial?tica entre escalas territoriais e suas inter-rela??es de abrang?ncia.
