Embora a figura do professor-colaborador esteja presente na legislação, a sua formação e papéis continuam sendo um desafio na realidade brasileira, em termos de trabalho, constituindo o foco da investigação. Neste contexto, esta pesquisa parte do seguinte problema de estudo: quais são os elementos que moldam os saberes e a identidade do professor-colaborador no acompanhamento do estágio curricular supervisionado? Em função desse problema, o estudo teve como objetivo compreender os elementos que constituem a identidade do professor-colaborador e os saberes mobilizados por ele no estágio supervisionado. Especificamente se buscou (a) levantar o perfil profissional do professor-colaborador no acompanhamento de estagiários de Educação Física nas escolas de educação básica e; (b) Identificar, descrever e analisar os elementos que compõe a identidade dos professores-colaboradores e os saberes mobilizados por eles no processo de colaboração nos estágios curriculares supervisionados. Metodologicamente escolheu-se a pesquisa qualitativa, estudo descritivo, tendo como técnicas, o questionário, a observação sistematizada, a entrevista e a análise de conteúdo. O trabalho de campo foi realizado em quatro escolas, envolvendo seis professores de educação física que atuavam como professor-colaborador no ano da pesquisa. Os resultados encontrados foram organizados em dois grandes eixos: (a) os atores do estágio supervisionado: o professor supervisor de estágio, o professor-colaborador da escola e o estagiário e (b) o estágio supervisionado na escola. The challenge of the study is to uncover knowledge and the process of identity formation of collaborative teachers. Therefore, the goal here is to map the knowledge and the identity process that underlie the guidance and supervision in the physical education field. Although this cooperative teacher is legally recognized, their training and roles are still a challenge in terms of work in the Brazilian reality, thus constituting the focus of this study. Therefore, this research deals with the following question: What elements shape the cooperative teacher's knowledge and identity when monitoring the practicum teacher training? In this context, the main objective here is to understand the elements that constitute this cooperative teacher's knowledge and identity, as well as the aspects that build the cooperative process between the University and the School. Precisely, the purpose of this this paper is to: (a) analyze useful elements to describe the cooperative teacher's knowledge and identity and, (b) identify the formation of the cooperative teacher's professional profile when monitoring Physical Education interns in Basic Education Schools;. The methodological procedure chosen was qualitative research and descriptive study, since it aims at describing the characteristics of a given phenomenon.
