Thesis: The Economic evaluation of technological processes of wine making in the Czech Republic is based on a survey of the costs for pruducting wine in selected companies. The thesis includes several tables that describe the technological equipment, calculation of the costs and a comprehensive analysis of these costs.. moreover, based on the analysis, there are specified the costs for producing one litre of wine.
