This thesis titled contains two main parts. In the first part the project goals and theoretical methodology used to compile a business plan is described. The practical aplication part contains basic information about the company. PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, marketing research, SWOT analysis was conducted. Finally, the degree of fulfillment of the expected goals is evaluated.
