The thesis deals with strategic analysis of the Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate in detail the company´s base of strategic and financial analysis. The work is divided into two parts; the first theoretical-methodological part is devoted to methods of analysis. The second practical part is firstly introduced the brewery Staropramen s.r.o. Furthermore, the strategic analysis as PEST analysis, Porter analysis and to conclude entire strategic analysis - SWOT analysis, through this analysis we can identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of brewery. On the basis of strategic analyses are allocated to the mission and vision of the company, followed by the formulation of the strategy and defining the strategic goals of the brewery.
