Důsledky zavedení Hartz reforem v Německu na flexibilitu trhu práce: doporučení pro ČR.

This thesis deals with the theme of "the consequences of introducing Hartz reforms in Germany on labor market flexibility: Recommendations for the Czech Republic." Describes adversely evolving economy due to the reunification of East and West Germany, the decline in performance is negatively reflected on the labor market in the form of unemployment, which reached in 2002 was EUR 4 million people. Germany responded to the problem by introducing Hartz reforms were supposed to improve labor market flexibility. The work deals with the question whether the Hartz reforms its purpose - to increase the flexibility of the labor market, even during the global economic crisis have been met, and whether it is possible to find examples of the situation of the German labor market "take away" institutional, legislative and organizational recommendations to increase flexibility labor market in the Czech Republic.
