Internationalization of companies in the Russian market

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to key success factors of internationalization of companies in the Russian market. The theoretical part deals with internationalization and globalization businesses, motivators, risks and barriers, way of entrances related to russian market. The second part is devoted to analysis of Russian environment. The factors of motivation, barriers, risks and analysis of internationalization of chosen enterprises are described based on results of in-depth interview by author. The results are compared with the literature review
